Well-Being, How are you doing, really?

Well-being is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. Taking even just a little time-out to check in with yourself can make all the difference.

This is a tool that I created for our Perianesthesia Nursing Professional Organization, it's been viewed hundreds of times and I've heard from many nurses how helpful it has been, even if just one of the questions sparks some inspiration, it's worth the couple minutes. So, I'm sharing it here - I hope you enjoy it too!
