If you just eat this, don't eat that, do this and don't do that you will live your best life. We all would like to magically arrive exactly where we want to be, without having to work too hard at it. We are waiting to be motivated...and it seem to never happen at the right time. Even when the "motivation" is there, it is fleeting at best. There are so many "just do this" health trends, it can be tough to sort through. It becomes white noise. This is when it is good to have a Coach to help you focus on the four key areas to improve your overall health. All four of these areas are crucial to you being able to live in alignment with who you are and what you are meant for. If you are going to show up in the world the way you desire, you need to have an awareness of how your are doing in all of these areas.
Spiritual Wellness. Spiritual strength is what drives us to make sacrifices for others, our nation, and the greater good. It is from where our calling, or our "why" comes. My Spiritual wellness comes from communion with God. I am a Christ follower and everything needs to be centered on Jesus - if it isn't, I am out of alignment.
Emotional Wellness. Emotional wellness refers to building an awareness of and accepting one's feelings and moods. Understanding the thoughts that create the emotion, that drive the action and create results. Everything works together.
Physical Wellness. Optimizing well-being from whatever current state you are in is key. Your body is sacred space, your vehicle for getting where you want to go.
Social Wellness. Really knowing who you are is dependent on your connection with others and the feedback you receive can be game changing.
