Basil 4 drops, Ylang Ylang 3 drops, Marjoram 3 drops, coconut oil 6 drops, gently
blend and apply to back of neck, muscles at base of neck and on temples. Drink water if you can tolerate it. Peppermint along hairline and back of neck (careful, not too close to the eyes) Lavender and Frankincense on temples. One drop Frankincense, press to the roof of your mouth if able to tolerate it due to nausea. Digestzen applied topically to abdomen. There is an oil for that! Take it from me - someone who knows what it's like - not having to go wait in a waiting room, pay a co-pay.... just to get some relief when you already know what's going on - it's worth the effort to find a natural solution!
